By accessing and using Teajer ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

Teajer is a learning management platform designed for educators, students, and parents. The Service provides tools for creating courses, managing students, conducting live quizzes, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between educators and families.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Organizations and Schools

When creating or joining an organization (school, institution, or group):

  • You must have the authority to create or represent the organization
  • Duplicate organizations may be merged to maintain one official listing per institution
  • Admin access requires verification of your identity and association with the organization
  • False claims of affiliation with any institution are prohibited

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload, post, or transmit content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Teajer. By posting content, you grant Teajer a license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
